Mr. Petrino’s areas of expertise cover watches, jewelry, pottery, coins, silver of all types, art glass and militaria.
In addition to owning Time Traveler Antiques, Mr. Petrino is the appraiser for the New Jersey State Treasury and major banks throughout the state. Mr. Petrino devotes a generous amount of his time to charity events where he issues on-the-spot verbal appraisals for guests much in the format of Antiques Road Show. Mr. Petrino’s practice ranges from appraising single items to entire estates.

Judith Applegate, Applegate Appraisals

Ms. Applegate’s areas of expertise are in paintings, prints, drawings, furniture, glass, silver, pottery and jewelry without precious stones.
Ms. Applegate’s comprehensive knowledge and experience influences her Appraisal Services handling estate settlement and probate and insurance appraisals; Collections Management offering consultations, supervision of conservation, e.g. cleaning, reframing; and Property Liquidation identifying asset disposition, e.g. keep, sell, donate, and producing notarized condition reports/valuations to safeguard possessions while in transit.

Mr. Joseph appraises fine contemporary, antique, and period jewelry.
Ralph Joseph has devoted more than 30 years to his work in the jewelry industry. He is the author of The Jeweler's Guide to Effective Insurance Appraising, an award winning book written for the jewelry industry and has written more than 70 articles for numerous publications related to his industry. He is also the editor of Cos Altobelli’s highly regarded book, The Practical Guide to Jewelry Appraising.
Mr. Joseph is a Certified member of the International Society of Appraisers, ISA; and a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, GIA.
