Documentation Management

Charter Private recognizes the importance of proper documentation.

Box Inventory
Charter Private offers services that not only will assist our clients in the safe-keeping of their hard assets or original, hard to replace documents but also a record-keeping program that allows our clients to easily maintain an inventory of items in their box.

Clients will also have access to their account information whenever they are on-site. They will be able to update their box inventory list and review the history of their activity at our facility.

Insurance Claims
Charter Private also recognizes the importance and value of adequate and accurate paperwork or documentation that reflects ownership and/or property value, whether for business or personal matters, is essential for fair and efficient settlement of insurance claims. We will support our clients with compliance for coverage and notification to satisfy claim procedures.

Photo Records
We will have on-site tabletop digital photography service that is available to clients who desire photographic records as part of their proof of ownership. We will work closely with our clients to assemble a suite of services targeted for the protection and preservation of the value of their hard assets.
